Missio Intensive

Missio Intensive
Missio Intensives are a guided working lab to help your church find the balance of meaningful gatherings and scattered incarnational communities.
"The Intensive was hugely helpful for our entire team. The combination of content and working labs finally helped us move from ideas to an action plan."
"Thanks for not being talking heads. Our team left with hope that we can transition our church...or at least get started."
"I appreciated not just the missional framework you delivered but also the prophetic clarity that came through. I left with courage to lead differently."
2 coaching emphasis to choose from:
ZerO
When the Missio team considered the great need for equipping teams and leaders to reach the vast number of people completely disconnected from Church Sub-Cultures, we needed a term that described looking at the harvest with fresh eyes. Zer0 implies starting at the beginning, as if on the threshold of a door that has just swung open. The basis for our purpose: “Creating Church Where It Doesn’t Exist”How is a missional church planting model different from other models that have been used in the past? The primary difference is where we start: As a missionary we follow three primary stages of creating church: Engaging Culture, Uniting Saint and Sojourner into Community, and then structuring communities into congregation. We don’t start with a large group of church attenders, we start with a small band of missionaries.
MORPH
We believe people and churches can be re-oriented back towards mission. They must if the church in North America is to regain a place of influence. We’ve worked with both mega-church, traditional church, contemporary church, and house churches to accomplish this re-orientation. Although the processes may be more difficult in existing structures, the change at a heart and habit level is not only possible, but expected. We begin by assuming each church has a structured congregation with a corporate gathering that is functioning well, but is looking to expand the focus on incarnational communities – a key to engage culture. Our goal is that every church walks away from the 2-day intensive with a 6-12 month plan to remove strategic barriers and expand the missional impetus of the church.
Select an emphasis that best fits your ministry so you can work with others at your table that share a similar context.
